i was watchin the news the other day and heard that there was going to be further talks on another badger cull this summer. wats numbers like everywhere else?? round here the badgers are nearly extinct. come to think of it the last time i seen one was nearly 2 months ago. i used to like to watch a set near the house but i havent seen any signs of them this year! i hope they dont go through with it. maybe the antis will be able to put a stop to it this time. at least then they will be good for something :11: .

It's crawling with em round our way! probably 3-4 killed on the roads round here every week and probably twice as many cars damaged from hitting them. The randomised cull has been and gone! their playing with the figures already so they can justify local cull's, either way farmers round here aren't going to put up with them much longer. It's not just the TB, when their sets start spreading out from hedge rows and the edges of woods and popping up in tracks and fields, you still can't do anything about it

Do a few more culls I say, might save some dogs lives.when they go in there setts accidently. Could be somebody's pet pooch. It does happen.

im all for culling them but thats the worst excuse for a cull ive heard by far :11:

there was a simular topic last year i think and talk of a cull.

do they ever go ahead with it?

i know badgers are capable of quite a bit of damage, but as far as i know out of all the badgers that were culled, nearly 80% were TB free. why dont they test them and let them go [bANNED TEXT] the test is clear?? f**k me, i am startin to sound very anti  . my concern is just that i wud like to see a few more round my way, and a cull will bugger it up. nobody wants to see a good thing go,, if u can read between the lines there
